Q: How can I view the status of my order? A: Go to the Customer Service, Account Information page. This page lists all your orders. Click the date of the order whose status you wish to view.
Q: What are your shipping costs? A: You can view an estimate of shipping costs by viewing your cart. However, final shipping costs will be displayed on the Invoice you see before confirming your order.
Q: What exactly is Alpaca Bean Coffee made of - inquiring minds want to know? A: The Alpaca Bean Coffee Company has worked closely with Jittery Joe's Roasting Company to supply the best coffee beans from Peru and Bolivia. These beans are roasted to a flavorable level and made available to you to enjoy.
Q: Can I be placed on a regular order basis so I will not have to re-order over and over? A: Yes you can simply let us know that you would like to receive a specific order on whatever rotating basis you would like. We can send The Alpaca Bean Coffees to you on a weekly, monthly, or quarterly basis...the choice is yours.
